PCMC is a Science stream combination offered in PUC (1st & 2nd year pre-university), typically after 10th standard. It includes four core science subjects:

Physics – The study of matter, energy, motion, and force.

Chemistry – The study of substances, their reactions, and compositions.

Mathematics – Abstract science of numbers, algebra, geometry, calculus.

Computer Science – Programming (C/Java/Python), Data Structures, DBMS, Networking, Algorithms.

It replaces Biology (from PCMB) with Computer Science, focusing more on logical reasoning, coding, and analytical thinking.

Students who excel in Science & Math and enjoy problem-solving and analysis.

Those who are undecided between engineering and medical fields.

Students wanting to keep both NEET and JEE/CET options open.

Those interested in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Web/App Development.
